Custom Golf Ball is operated by Merch Machine (ABN 88 630 505 770). By uploading your image and adding your order to cart, you accept these terms and conditions.

Your artwork and rights

• You acknowledge that you have full legal rights to the design you upload. If you do not, your order may be cancelled.
• Orders with copyrighted or trademarked logos (NFL, NBA, NCAA, PGA, etc.) will be cancelled post-purchase unless you have express written consent.
• Any designs that contain material we deem inappropriate, or that may infringe the intellectual property rights of others, may be subject to follow-up email confirmation and/or rejected at our discretion.

Proofing and changes

• Double-check your proof — check for incomplete or inaccurate information before you approve it.
• No edits or changes can be made once you have approved your art proof, as production begins at that point. Any adjustments or resizing should be made before you approve.
• If your uploaded image has a white background, we strongly recommend removing as much of the background as possible so the image fits the space provided.

Colour accuracy

We make our best effort to maintain reasonable colour accuracy for products shown on our website. However, the actual colours displayed depend on your monitor and display settings. We offer no guarantee or warranty regarding any discrepancy between your perceived colour of the custom product and the actual, real-life colour of that same product.

Refunds and cancellations

• You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your art proof. Once a proof is approved, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
• Personalised and printed products cannot be returned for a change of mind, as stated in our returns policy, because each one is made specifically for you.
• If your order arrives faulty, damaged or printed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of delivery and you choose the remedy — a reprint at our cost, or a full refund including the original postage. See our returns policy for the full detail.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version that applies is the one in effect when you place your order. See also our Privacy Policy.
