Every order is personalised and made to order, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. We do stand behind our work: if an order arrives faulty or the print is incorrect, we'll put it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Change of mind
Because each ball is printed to order with your design, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your design, spelling and quantity carefully before you confirm your order in the designer.
Faulty or misprinted orders
