Printing Information

We personalise genuine, brand-new golf balls using full-colour UV digital printing — printed to order right here in Australia. Here's how it works, what you can print, and how to get the best result.

How we print

Every ball is decorated with a full-colour UV digital print applied directly to the surface. Unlike traditional pad printing — which is limited to one or two solid colours and needs costly setup tooling — digital printing reproduces detailed logos, photographs and multi-colour artwork in a single pass, with no screen fees or setup costs.

That means a full-colour logo or a photo costs the same to print as a single colour, and there's no minimum order.

Print area & placement

Each design area is a 22 mm round print area on the ball. You can choose single-sided printing — one design area — or double-sided printing, which adds a second design area on the opposite side for a logo and a name, two photos, or matching artwork front and back. Your design is scaled to sit cleanly inside each area when we prepare your proof, so logos and text stay sharp and well-positioned.

Single-sided print decorates one design area; double-sided print adds a second.

Durability

The UV ink bonds to the ball for a vibrant, professional-looking result that stands up to real play — not just display. In our own testing, a ball played for a full 32 holes came back with the print still clear and fully legible. Over many rounds it will pick up scuffs and gradually soften, as any printed golf ball does, but it's built to be played, not just looked at.

Artwork & proofing

We can work with most artwork formats including JPEG, PNG, EPS and SVG — the higher the resolution the better. Vector files (EPS, SVG) give the sharpest result for logos. Once you've placed your order, our art team prepares a proof for you to approve and will work with you to make sure it looks exactly as you want before anything is printed.

Printing FAQs

How are the golf balls printed?

We use full-colour UV digital printing applied directly to the ball. This lets us reproduce detailed logos, photos and multi-colour artwork in a single pass, with no setup tooling or screen fees.

How big is the print area?

Each design area is a 22 mm round print area. You can print single-sided (one design area) or double-sided (a second design area on the opposite side). Designs are scaled to sit cleanly inside each area during proofing.

How many colours can I print?

Any number. Because it's a full-colour digital process, a multi-colour logo or a full photo costs the same to print as a single colour.

How durable is the print?

Very. The UV ink bonds to the ball and holds up to real play — in our own testing a ball played for a full 32 holes came back with the print still clear and legible. Over many rounds the print can pick up scuffs and gradually soften, as with any printed golf ball.

What artwork format should I supply?

We can work with most formats including JPEG, PNG, EPS and SVG. The higher the resolution the better. Vector files (EPS, SVG) give the sharpest result for logos.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. Our art team prepares a proof for you to approve and will work with you to get it looking exactly right before anything is printed.

Are these genuine brand-name golf balls?

Yes. We print on genuine, brand-new golf balls from each manufacturer — we simply add your personalisation.
