Personalised golf balls are made to order in Australia and shipped Australia-wide with Australia Post. Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–5 business days, plus Australia Post delivery time.
Production turnaround
Because every order is printed to order, there's a short production time before dispatch:
- 1–20 dozen: 3–5 business days
- Over 20 dozen: 5+ business days
Australia Post delivery time is added on top of production time once your order ships.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post, or hand delivered if you're in Sydney (see below).
Shipping is a flat $9.90 Australia-wide with Australia Post, and orders over $100 ship free — no code needed. You'll see the exact cost applied to your order before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post. We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international delivery.
Hand delivery in Sydney
If you're in Sydney, we can hand deliver your order instead of posting it — handy when the balls need to be at a golf day, club event or office by a set date. Email us with your order number and the date you need the balls by, and we'll arrange a drop-off time. shop@customgolfball.com.au

Yes — we print in Australia and ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. We currently ship within Australia only.
