Accessibility Statement

Custom Golf Ball is committed to making customgolfball.com.au usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We have not yet completed a formal independent audit, and we review accessibility on an ongoing basis as the site grows.

What we have done

Measures already in place across the site include:

• Semantic HTML with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• A "Skip to content" link and a labelled <main> landmark on every page.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, with the current page indicated and a visible focus outline on links, buttons and controls.
• Accessible breadcrumbs and an image gallery that works with the keyboard and assistive technology.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
• Form controls (brand filter, sort) with labels, and live result counts announced to screen readers.
• Colour contrast aimed at the AA thresholds, and respect for the "reduce motion" system setting.
• The site works without JavaScript for core browsing.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working to address them:

• Product photography is still being added, so some products currently show a placeholder.
• The site has not yet had a full independent accessibility audit or screen-reader test pass.
• Customising and checkout happen in our online designer (a third-party platform). We do not control its accessibility, but we can take your order another way if you have trouble — please contact us.
