How Logo Golf Balls Are Printed (Behind the Scenes)

19 March 2026

Ever wondered how your logo ends up on a golf ball in full colour? Here's the short version of our process.

1. Artwork

You supply a logo or photo, and we prepare it for the curved 22mm print area. High-resolution files give the sharpest result.

2. Printing

We use a full-colour UV process that cures ink onto the ball's surface, reproducing fine detail and full colour — far beyond old single-colour pad printing.

3. Quality check

Every ball is checked for print alignment and colour before it's packed by the dozen.

The result is a durable, vibrant print on premium balls like the Chrome Tour or value balls for corporate runs. See real examples of our work or more on how we print golf balls, then start your order on the printed golf balls page.
